Langbo Conducts Trial Run for PPR Pipe Production Line on February 2

February 2, 2026 – Langbo completed a trial run of a PPR Pipe Production Line on February 2 to verify normal operation before shipment.

The trial run was carried out to check the overall functionality of the production line, including the single-screw extruder, vacuum calibration tank, haul-off unit, and cutting machine. During the test, the line operated steadily and produced PPR pipes within the expected dimensional range, confirming that the equipment was ready for delivery.

After the trial run, the production line was inspected, disassembled as required, and packed for transportation. The equipment has now been loaded into containers and shipped by sea to the customer.

This process follows Langbo’s standard procedure to ensure that machines are tested under working conditions prior to shipment, helping customers reduce installation and commissioning time after arrival.
